Living In America

English Classes

Living in America is a Hitchcock outreach program that provides English conversation classes at the church for international adults on Thursday mornings during the school year. Singing, cooking, trips, learning about American holidays and customs, and visiting American homes are included in the program. Child care is available to participants. The Community Outreach Committee helps fund the program, and the Presbyterian Women donate foreign language Bibles to newcomers.

Registration for English Conversation Classes

Registration will take place Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 10:30 to 11:30 am, September 21, 2017, from 9:30 to 11:30 am and every Thursday throughout the year from 9:00 to 9:30 am.

Cost:

$30 registration fee for new students,
Plus the cost of study materials

Babysitting is available through the Hitchcock School. $20 - for one child, $25 - for 2 or more children, per each Thursday morning class

Classes will meet Thursdays, 9:30 to 11:30 am, September to June
